This is the third time I’ve asked Nugent Plumbing to fix a leak under the house of my deteriorating copper plumbing. To my amazement, they were able to get a crew out within an hour on this Monday morning. They quickly had an estimate for me and I asked if they could estimate an entire re-pipe job instead of another patch job that is never going to end on my plumbing system. They came up with a very reasonable estimate and could complete the job this day which I went for. James and Bobby are the best! They are very friendly, professional, and neat. They got the job done in this 2 bath, 1800 sq foot home before the sun went down that Monday. Fantastic job, 2 weeks later, still, no leaks! What a fantastic company on all levels. Courtney helped get us service on the very day of our planned vacation when we discovered our water heater was fried. Within 30 minutes of calling for service she had Tom and Joe in route to our home.
