What a fantastic company on all levels. Courtney helped get us service on the very day of our planned vacation when we discovered our water heater was fried. Within 30 minutes of calling for service she had Tom and Joe in route to our home. Tom and Joe quickly and professionally assessed our situation and got the problem fixed within a few hours and we were on our way for vacation. Wanted to post about my fantastic service from Nugent Plumbing. I needed to get my dishwasher and some pipe leaking issues resolved on a weekend(Best Buy left me without a dishwasher - long story). I called Nugent Plumbing and Lauren answered and she was fantastic and worked on scheduling my service. Tom and Joseph were able to come out that weekend and get the pipe fixed and remove my old dishwasher and install my new one. The two gentlemen were fantastic and had everything installed quickly. They certainly new what they were doing. My wife needed a small adjustment to the dishwasher install the next day and they came back out to adjust the installation height. I will definitely be using Nugent the next time and really appreciate Tom and Joseph and their great and friendly service. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs. Same day service for a leaky main drain stack that was soaking the drywall. Showed up when promised, professional, answered any questions I had, and cleaned up their mess!
