My two stop plumbing ordeal was repaired without a hitch! Keith and his brother did the initial work; while I awaited parts from the manufacturer, and Keith and his son (Cameron) finished the job. Keith was communicative, punctual, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Pricing was fair, and the job was done superbly. I highly recommend this company. Thanks again, for a job well done.

Keith and his brother did a wonderful job taking care of a laundry list of plumbing items we needed taken care of after buying our home. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote due to extra work that needed to be completed that was not able to be seen during the estimate. They did a fantastic job and were in and out in less than a day. We will definitely use them for future plumbing needs!

One heating element went bad on my 15 year old water heater so I called a hand full of places to get a quote for a new one. Some plumbers wanted $90 to just come out and give me a quote! When I called KW Boykin, I spoke with Tracy and she had me send pictures and measurements and was able to give me a quote the same day with NO service fee. She also was super nice and answered all my questions! I did ask her about upgrading to a smart water heater and she gave me a good price so decided to go with that. I did get a quote from a big box store that was slightly cheaper but not much. I wanted a licensed plumber to do the install and Tracy was really helpful so decided to use them. Michael was the plumber that did the job and he was great as well. Walked me thru downloading the app and how to use it. I will definitely use them in the future as they were easy to work with, responsive, fairly priced, local, and did quality work! Service: Water heater installation
