Edy Mac Plumbing Services

We have a 72 year old home...nuff said. The bathroom sink drain has been slow, but did drain... until it didn't. We had used Edy-Mac before, were pleased, so we made an appointment. Tim arrived right when he said he would and even called prior to arriving. Nice fellow, knowledgeable, and helpful in the realm of preventative maintenance of drains and drain pipes. He went up on the roof to clear the roof vent, which was in terrible shape. Then he came down and attacked the sink drain. I would never think a drain could be so clogged that it would not even seep water. At times it sounded as though he was literally hitting a brick wall. I told my wife, well I guess we will be replacing that line. After another 10 minutes or so, I heard the water go quickly down the drain. His persistence paid off for both of us. I really appreciated his professionalism and tenacity. Of the two times I have used Edy-Mac, I have been nothing but pleased. It is sometimes difficult to find service professionals

Tim listened to my concerns and went to work right away. He was very courteous and professional. He cleared all of the drains and wiped all of the excess water from each area.
