Our experience with Gaston Roofing could not have been better. Ian responded to our inquiry immediately; then came out the next day to give us a quote. The crew that came to replace our damaged gutter were professional, courteous and went to work immediately. We are so happy with the quick response from Ian, the quality of the gutter, and the work done by the crew. And, we were also very pleased with the cost. This was definitely a Five Star Experience. I called 1 month ago to have gutters put on 3 different renovation properties. They gave a quote and ok'd to do it. They set out a day they would install and never showed up. I called so many times for them to install and they kept promising the days they would come out. To no avail they still never showed up to complete the jobs they said they would do on the days they said they would do them, and it is now September. I would not recommend this business as they are untrue to their word. I would give 0 stars if there was an option.
