Payless Plumber Gastonia NC

I had a leak from my toilet and one under the house. The person came out to fix it and he didn't set the bolts right on the toilet so when we cleaned up one bolt came loose. We had to call him back. The next day after threatening to stop payment on my check he finally came back. Now a few weeks later my leak under the house is leaking again in the same exact spot. I called and whoever was on the phone said that they don't warrant their work.... They told me when they came out they did warrant their work and he said "I guarantee you it will never leak there again".. So much for bring a reputable company who backs their work.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Plumber showed up 2 hours late and said he would return the following day. Well after the following day passed I called them only to be told that they was not going to come back at all. Horrible customer service. I would only recommend them if you wanted to have your expectations crushed

I had a great experience with Jason. He was very responsive and well knowledge. I will definitely recommend Jason for any plumbing issues.
