My mother's AC has been out for about a month,and a lot of other companies kept telling her that she need to replace the whole system,and wouldn't return our emails and calls. So we reached out to rich and his team and in two days he had a technician out that worked in to the late evening to get the job done, they fixed more problems at a cheaper price. Just outstanding. My AC unit went out Sunday afternoon in the middle of celebrating my granddaughters first Birthday party. That was so embarrassing. But anyway, I put a search on “What’s Up Kings Mountain “ about my AC unit being down n got a lot of responses. One of them was Rich saying check our website n check out reviews, so I did. I liked what I read so I called and right away they came out the same day n told me it was low on Freon that’s why it was freezing on the inside coils. They proceeded to fill it up and afterwards it started to cooling and I was so happy. Then later the evening it started freezing again. Now mind you our AC unit is very very old and also obsolete ( not in production). Old n dated things do break. So I called Rich again he sent Tristan to check it out and half the Freon has leaked out. They were nice enough to refund half of my money back, but instead of getting my money back we just decided to put a new AC unit in and be done with it. Rich and his crew brought new unit in

I came home to no heat after work. After checking the obvious I decided to call Pinnacle Home Comfort. The owner answered and when I told him my situation he said “Let me grab a truck and I’ll be right there.” He shows up less than 30 minutes after we hung up and greets us and asks where the unit is. We show him and he trouble shot the system and pinpointed the problem. He got us back up and running and we were very pleased with the service we received. How many companies can you call and the owner walk out on a hot supper to come help you. Pinnacle Home Comfort is one of those companies. Professional, fast response, good price point for the work.
