I came home to no heat after work. After checking the obvious I decided to call Pinnacle Home Comfort. The owner answered and when I told him my situation he said “Let me grab a truck and I’ll be right there.” He shows up less than 30 minutes after we hung up and greets us and asks where the unit is. We show him and he trouble shot the system and pinpointed the problem. He got us back up and running and we were very pleased with the service we received. How many companies can you call and the owner walk out on a hot supper to come help you. Pinnacle Home Comfort is one of those companies. Professional, fast response, good price point for the work. We had family staying with us for Thanksgiving and the heat went out two days before they were expected to arrive. We called Pinnacle Home comfort and Rich came out the same day. After diagnosing the issue, he took the time to explain what was going on and provided multiple solutions with different prices. Given the holiday and supply shortages, I was expecting a delay in material and installation, but Rich got on the phone and found a hvac unit that same afternoon. The team arrived the next morning and did a fantastic job with the install. It was 24 hours from the initial consultation to the completed install. Efficient. Quality work. Great customer service. Rich and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with! We have used Rich in previous years for maintenance of our HVAC system and water heater, but this year when our HVAC unit finally went out for good, Rich was right there at 8:00 at night to help! They ended up putting an entirely new Goodman system in our home, and were even able to help with financing for it! They were all friendly, respectful, and hard-working men that got the job done in a timely and efficient manner! The cherry on top was they even trimmed back some rose bushes for us that we had around the old unit to give our new unit plenty of space.
