Bain Oil / Bain Heating & Air Conditioning

Bain finished installing a heating and air package unit for our house today. I bought my house 8 years ago. The ac has always run constantly in the summer, mostly without getting the house to the temperature set on the thermostat. It died a week ago yesterday, and when I called after hours, a tech was on site in less than an hour. I wasn't happy with the price, but I got three estimates, Bain was inline with the others, and they gave me more detail about issues with climate controlling my specific residence than anyone else. Unlike the others, they gave me a written quote and their estimated completion of installation was within 3-4 business days of signing. They finished almost a full day early (estimated 2-2.5 days, completed in 1.5 days), and this is the first time since I moved in that the outside temperature was 90, and it's under 80 inside. I have had multiple wonderful experiences this summer with Bain. They are always available very quickly (if not immediately), accomplish the work rapidly and with good results, and at prices that seem very fair. Would not go anywhere else for my heating & cooling needs.

Never had a single problem with Berico- Bain wants your money. Clearly the old crew cared not the young. I was told they would contact me before any services done- nope- they called me to say the total after they finished. Now suddenly my reset button won't work and given most of us have to work I have to pay someone to come back out and turn on my heat. 15 years I've NEVER had any problem. Thanks Bain!????. Funny they try and blame the customer when the customer NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM UNTIL THEY TOUCHED YHEIR UNIT!! Megan said she would call BEFORE any work- FIRST LIE!! Then a call from service guy says all fixed- Second lie! Now NO HEAT FOR 3 WEEKS!! THEY WANT TO CHARGE ME TO COME FIX!?! UNREAL!!
