Baker Roofing and more specifically Joe and Chris far exceeded my expectations. Joe came out to my house multiple times to inspect the condition of the roof and gutters and tell me what we actually needed to do. Joe was always quick to respond and ensured I was kept in the loop of what each step of the process was going to be. Chris was amazing to work with in the fact that as we were replacing the gutters with the roof, Chris worked with me to changed the some of the positions of the downspouts and ensure my house had proper drainage. I was extremely pleased with the roof repair that Baker Roofing did around my chimney. We had a leak that had been causing water to get in during large storm events. The sales representative, Joe Claffee, did a thorough initial inspection and provided me with a professional and detailed cost estimate. Joe also went out of his way to provide me with contacts for other contractors that did work outside of Baker’s scope so that I could address other issues that I was having with the area. When it came time for the work to be done, Mason Carrera and his crew did an outstanding job on the repair. Their knowledge and attention to detail really showed in their work. They were timely, communicated well, and carefully cleaned up after the job was completed. Jason Leftwich was very helpful and professional. He got here on time and had the estimate ready when promised. He also made changes upon my request and was very prompt. Mason, made sure I knew they were here to do the work, kept the crew efficient and they got the work done in a very timely manner.
