We called Kay when our 20 year old AC unit began to fail. I spoke to Walter and the very next day he had a technician out to our house to inspect our current unit. After the inspection Walter contacted me again to give me their assessment. He was not pushy at all but he suggested that whatever money we put in our old unit would simply be buying time. Because of the age of our old unit this was not a surprise to me so I asked him for a couple of options. Very quickly he was able to give me some options on a couple of different brands of heat pump. Ultimately we went with the York heat pump at a very reasonable price. He ordered the unit and scheduled the installation for yesterday. Their lead man in the field Jason called me when they were on the way first thing in the morning. Their entire crew was knowledgeable, polite and tidy and by days end we had a brand new heat pump working flawlessly.
