As a new customer to Kay Heating the experience was first-rate. They promptly set up a service agreement and came out to inspect my HVAC units. Their prices are fair and their technicians are knowledgeable and thorough. It was a pleasure to work with Matt Williams and Chris Tucker who provided exceptional customer service.
