Old Timers Roofing recently replaced the roof on my home in Greensboro. They did an excellent job. My new roof looks great. The roofers did a great job. Communication was very good. I couldn't have asked for a better job. My roof damage was the result of a tree falling on the house, and they had all the people necessary to handle everything. They dealt with the impossible, rude insurance people for me, and contracted the tree service to remove the tree and installed the new roof, all in one! Five minutes after I decided to go with them and my wonderful customer relations agent made the call, my driveway was swarmed with five vehicles; photographing damage for insurance, estimating roofing supplies, taking measurements and doing estimates on the trees...FIVE minutes! These guys are the A-Team of handling storm damage and roof installation. I even had a couple of very special requests that I had no idea they could pull off, but I just threw them out there to see, and they made me a promise it would get done, and they stayed 100% true to their word. I couldn't be happier with every single aspect of my experience. I didn't think companies like this still existe
