Stephanose was wonderful during the entire process of getting my roof fully replaced. He did all the leg work and made everything effortless for me and my family! He and Zac were strong advocates for me in getting my claim approve after it was initially denied by my insurance company. They did all the research and provided to proof and truly took the fight to the insurance company. Stephanose check in with me regularly and is the epitome of professionalism!! We had some missing shingles on the front of our roof and right after one of the last big storms we had, multiple roofers stopped by to give us an estimate. Every single roofer said "Oh, no you don't have any damage" even though we showed them some interior roof stains and peeling popcorn ceiling. Zac came by and marked on our roof all the damaged areas, the areas where shingles were missing and lifting off and where the water was coming in. The entire process from inspecting roof, to reviewing shingle samples, to getting the claim approved and roof installed took no more than 2 weeks. Both my husband and I were shocked that the roof replacement only took 1 day including skylight replacement and flashing.. I am very big on keeping your word, and Zac is a man of honor and his word.
