I would not recommend this company to anyone if you don’t want to spend a lot of money outside of your service contract. I can not recall a single time they have come to my home and not mysteriously found a problem although my system was working fine prior to their arrival. December 2022 my downstairs unit wasn’t heating properly so I contacted Relief because I had a contract with them. Technician came out and after about an hour called me outside to point out what he thought was the issue. Needless to say I was livid when I saw he was working on the wrong unit (which I had to bring to his attention). He replaced a part that wasn’t needed and had the audacity to charge me for it! My upstairs unit was working properly so the part he put in wasn’t needed and I feel as if he fabricated an issue that didn’t exist. By the time he finished working on the correct unit I was provided a bill for $791.80 which did not include the discount I should have been given based on the fact I had a contra

They were extremely professional and walked me through the entire process of replacing my failing hvac system while providing options as well.
