I was skeptical when my HOA said they had hired a roofing specialist who had noted hail damage on my roof. However, Blake was very informative during a meeting the HOA hosted, and I was willing to move forward. Blake did a good job of explaining the process of filing and receiving an insurance claim. I believe he said that he used to work on the insurance side. He assisted me in filing the claim and also communicated effectively to my insurance company after a representative objected to the evidence of hail damage. My claim was approved thanks to his advocacy and he clearly explained the cost of the roof and how the insurance payouts would work. Ultimately, I now have a new roof that was completely covered by my insurance claim. The replacement was finished in a day and seems well done. Multiple townhouses in my complex have now had roof replacements and I haven't heard any complaints. They are shady, please be careful. Smooth talking when it comes to roofing. I won't waste your time, do your research on this company and check their bbb complaints. I got lucky and talked to 2 employees, scary how they get away what they do. You realize roofing company does not need a business license. Ask for insurance coverage should one of their people get hurt. Verify their insurance and realize a copy of insurance coverage does not mean they are cover, Verify with their insurance. Just check bbb. You are paying a lot for a roof, do your research. Remember they been doing this for a while and know how to talk, you know like a car sales person. Be careful people.
I recently had extensive storm damage to the roof over my deck, and called Rescue Roofing based on a friend's recommendation. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Chris worked with me to understand what my expectations were and kept me updated throughout the installation, and I must say that Kevin was incredible! He went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I love my new metal roof!!
