Southern National Roofing

I just had my roof replaced. I used Southern National for the installation. My salesperson, Ethan Smith, was a great help in making my decision to use his company. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained to me all the options available. I was very impressed with how he presented his material and showed me all the possibilities out there. At no time did I feel pressured by him to make a hasty decision! The installation went well, was completed in one day! The installers did a good job of cleaning up after the installation was complete. After the installers left I went out and checked the driveway and around the house, didn’t find a single nail or piece of old roofing anywhere! A very professional job. Highly recommend this company! From start to finish, they came in and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Since my roof was already leaking, I was looking for a quick fix without all the sloppiness of your typical quick fix. Ethan, the project manager that came out to inspect my roof and attic area, was extremely professional. He thoroughly explained everything that needed to get done and took his time going through all of the options with me. I love my new roof and encourage anyone looking to do it the right way to call Southern National! They won’t disappoint.

I’ve already had to deal with their Raleigh branch continuously coming to my home and leaving these “inspection” reports that are just scamming people who don’t know any better. I have given my home address to people in the office to mark my home as a “do not solicit” but that doesn’t stop them. They’ll still keep banging on the door and tell you that you have all kinds of problems that they can magically see from the road. We’ve had an actual roofing company up on our roof who said it’s in great condition and turned down replacing it because there was no need! Southern National is just a scam who goes door to door in the neighborhood just trying to get whatever innocent person to fall for it. Once again if I ever need any roofing work done in the future.. this company will NOT be called.
