Southern National Roofing

I’ve already had to deal with their Raleigh branch continuously coming to my home and leaving these “inspection” reports that are just scamming people who don’t know any better. I have given my home address to people in the office to mark my home as a “do not solicit” but that doesn’t stop them. They’ll still keep banging on the door and tell you that you have all kinds of problems that they can magically see from the road. We’ve had an actual roofing company up on our roof who said it’s in great condition and turned down replacing it because there was no need! Southern National is just a scam who goes door to door in the neighborhood just trying to get whatever innocent person to fall for it. Once again if I ever need any roofing work done in the future.. this company will NOT be called.

Very informative, professional company. Ethan Smith was very knowledgeable and went over everything and made it very simple for me to understand. He is definitely an asset to the company. It turned out to be fortunate that Southern National Roofing came to our door, because my wife and I had forgotten how old our shingles were and hadn’t had an inspection for a while. After the roof’s condition was pointed out to us, we could see the need for a new one. Ethan, who came to our home, spent lots of time with us. He did a good inspection inside our attic for any signs of leakage. After doing an outside measurement of our roof’s requirements, he took time to explain all aspects of what Southern National could provide and all the choices we had according to quality of material, our needs, and our affordability. Ethan was very personable and friendly. He gave us confidence that we were in good hands. There was a beautiful selection of shingles to choose from. And Ethan did his best to give us advice and give us our best deal. One other thing we liked was that Ethan assured us he would make sure our flowers and plants were respected and not harmed by the roofers since we had sp
