Jan is an amazing man. Friendly, knowledgeable, hard-working... He gave us a very reasonable price for our project and did a very good and professional job. Strongly recommended.

Jan is a very knowledgeable and hard-working man. Professional, resourceful, and experienced, as well. He is licensed in 3 states, and does both residential and industrial work. At the office facility where I work, he has undertaken many projects including wiring new outlets, repairing old ones, installing, repairing, and/or replacing inside and outside lighting, monthly water heater inspections (electric and gas), and even repair of a couple of our doors. With many years of experience, there's not much he can't do.

Did not tell us when he was stopping by our warehouse despite multiple texts, shows up unannounced, and then charges us for a 15 minute service call, without disclosing that there is an estimate fee prior to arrival. Very unprofessional, claimed that we "agreed to a service call fee" by calling him, even though he never disclosed anything about a fee, and did not actually perform any service after we called. No contract was signed, no work was done, he just looked at our electrical panel. For anyone who doesn't know: lots of companies do free estimates, evidently he is not one of them. Also, if there is a "service call fee" companies disclose their fees for service upfront, Jan chose not to do that. He instead tried to take advantage of our company because we were an "industrial" client (as he put it).
