Mike came to my house late in the day. He was very professional,courteous and informative. Despite the late hour, he took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt the cost for his services was quite reasonable I will definitely be calling him agin when I need HVAC work again.

Mike and Sonia make a great team. They do what they say they're going to do, follow up within the agreed upon timeframe(s), and answer all questions. The installation is neat, evidence of him being there(trash/dirt/cardboard) does not exist other than a new thermostat, quicker cooling, and a lower electric bill. The inspector even remarked how neat and professional the installation looked.

I am a true fan of customer service and professionalism. When it comes to this company, you get both! I've had work done on my furnace and AC unit twice at my home; one visit for upstairs and the other downstairs. On each visit, Mike went above and beyond by ensuring that both units were at optimal performance before leaving. Mike even took a moment to thoroughly answer my thousand questions regarding the units. There's no need to look elsewhere for Heating/AC when you have a friendly technician who gives you the best services regardless of the price even though his prices are reasonable! Just my two cents... ????
