We started the process of calling my insurance to notify them of the damages. They scheduled a time for the adjuster to come to look at the roof. The adjuster agreed with Jordan, I did have hail damage. I was able to get a new roof. Jordan stayed in contact with me though out the whole process. I absolutely LOVE my new roof! There was a representative at my house during the insurance inspection. The work crew finished the job in one day and cleanup was thorough. Robert was amazing, he gave us a free 10 minute inspection. Then informed us we had hail damage on our roof. Walked us through the entire process and helped us contact our insurance company.
