Richard, AKA Dudley DoRight, was sent to my address to install a toilet I had purchased. He was punctual, polite, and professional every way. He was careful in all that he did and got the job completed quickly. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs home improvement services. We scheduled to get an estimate on our ceiling for a Saturday at 1pm. He called at 12:15 asking us to move up the time. I told him we were in home depot getting paint mixed and we would try to be there by 12:30. We arrived at 12:42.. no one there. No call. I waited until after our appointment time at 1 then called. After 8 rings he answered. He said he was there until 12:40- which means we would have passed him in the development. We passed no one. He said he had an appointment and was too busy to do anything until September, yet he never said when I called initially. He is the one who set a 1pm time. I do not do business with a liar. Who is to say what else he would lie about??!! Not trust worthy. Not reliable.

Richard did some bathroom work at my home. Was very pleased! Would recommend to anyone.
