Elite Roof and Solar - Hickory

Had talked to Rick Moser when I saw his truck while at the county landfill, and set up a time to come out and do an inspection on our roof, which was missing shingles due to storms, which led to leaks. Also had a broken skylight which was leaking. Took approximately 2 weeks to get materials, and they finished the job within 2 days. Ensured all scrap and materials were picked up before they left. It was great working with the team at Elite. They were prompt to answer all my questions and they were upfront with all expectations. Their installers were courteous and thoughtful with details. I would highly recommend them. Remember that you get what you pay for.

This is my second go on contracting a company to install a new roof on a home of mine. My first experience with Best Choice Roofing was horrible so I was very cautious with my decision on who to hire this time around. After a lot of research I chose Elite Roof and Solar. I chose this company because of the reviews. After speaking with Rick I felt comfortable with my decision to go ahead with them for the install. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The install was on time and the crew was very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. After the roof was completed the cleanup commenced. I was highly impressed with the cleanup. I couldn’t fined any garbage or scraps laying around. I will say this…. compared to my first roof experience, which was a nightmare from start to finish, I was very pleased with the outcome and it was a pleasant experience.
