My a/c unit quit on a Saturday afternoon. I made one call at around 5:00pm and hickory heating and cooling had someone at my house in less than an hour. Todd & Danny replaced the main trunk and all duct lines in our home as well as installing an APCO-X purifying system. Todd answered many questions I had before hand and with patience, courtesy and professionalism as well as both of them answering questions after the installation in the same manner.
