These guys are fantastic!! Before calling them I had a bad experience with 2 other HVAC places. The first was a local individual who was referred by a family member. My first call was ignored for a day. Then I got him on the phone and he promised to schedule me the next day...and then never contacted me again. The second place was a big company Dilling, and that experience was way worse. I made an appointment, was given an all day window where a tech could arrive, got a confirmation that a tech was scheduled, got a call from the tech that he was on the way, and then waited for hours and hours all day until after hours. Then the office said that they don't service my address.... seriously But then I made an appointment with Hickory Heating and Cooling. It took 5 minutes to make an appointment on their website and they gave me a 2 hour window of arrival. Matt showed up exactly on time and was great! I needed to replace my old unit. My a/c unit quit on a Saturday afternoon. I made one call at around 5:00pm and hickory heating and cooling had someone at my house in less than an hour. They temporary fixed it until they could get me a new part covered under warranty. After a minor misunderstanding. Todd and Julie the owners gave me a large reduction on my invoice.
