Integrity Roofing, LLC of Hickory

Last year, I had significant wind damage and didn't know it could be filed with my homeowners insurance until Integrity Roofing came out. My insurance company only agreed to pay for half the roof. With Integrity's help, we were able to submit an appeal and a year later I have a new roof. Eric and Austin were really helpful, and I'm happy with the end result. Definitely recommend Integrity.

A friend of mine referred me to Integrity Roofing, and I’m super happy that he did, because they are awesome! Parker Pittillo was my rep, he was on time and professional throughout the whole process, providing shingle samples, and giving me all the warranty, etc. information that I needed to know before I pulled the trigger on the deal. He also gave me his honest opinion on all the grades of shingle which were available, and which ones might suit my needs best. Parker is a super honest and straightforward dude, who never left me hanging whenever I had any questions or concerns, unlike some contractors, ect. who are super hard to get on the phone. Parker worked with my insurance company and even handled making the appointment with them, when they were being extra difficult to get ahold of. Parker waited at my house for the insurance guy (who was late) and made it all work out, super grateful to him!
