Providence Roofing Hickory

Providence was one of 5 roofing companies we contacted to get estimates on replacing roof on house. Richard was representative who came out to inspect house and give us quote. Their quote was cheaper for same job using same brand materials as several of the others we had come out. Once we decided to use Providence, Richard got us on their schedule for that week. Crew that came out was on time, did very good job on installation and clean up, and were in and out in a single day. Roof looks very nice and everyone at company was great to deal with. I contacted Providence and received a call back the next day. We worked with Richard who was awesome! He patiently answered all of questions and provided us with product information, web site addresses and some samples we requested. He also directed us to a couple homes to look at which were done in the colors we were considering. That really helped us make our final decision. The crew arrived on time and did a great job installing and cleaning up. We were not at home when they came so Richard sent photos to us throughout the day to show us how things were progressing.
