Overall I am pleased with the technicians. We had our unit serviced recently, Matthew could not have been more helpful. Very knowledgeable even suggested things to improve the life of our unit. He was very respectful to me and my home.
Chad, my repair tech, was super nice and did everything he could to fix my 18 year old unit that apparently was rigged and fixed incorrectly by other repair folks previously. While my unit will need replaced very soon, he got my AC up and running and I went from an 84° house to a comfortable 72° and has been doing well so far (knock on wood!). He was honest about what I need to do next, very professional, friendly and I appreciate the help and same day service. Service: A/C system repair
We have been very happy with the work done by Eanes Heating & Air Conditioning. We wanted to have a spring checkup done on our system and the technician, Abe, found several items that needed immediate attention and others that were recommended. We were provided a clearly-defined list (with pictures) of work to be done along with recommended order of performance and associated costs which allowed us to make informed decisions on how to proceed.
