Darin arrived early and quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C not working and inspected the overall heating and a/c system. My initial issue is electric and once it is resolved I’ll definitely consider Eanes for the replacement part and overall service recommendations. Great value for the visit and diagnosis. Our unit was working fine until it got serviced. Now it's all frozen up. My guess is the technician didn't do something right. Now we wait until they can get someone back out here tomorrow to hopefully get it going again. Bought this unit a year ago and had no problems until it got serviced.
Christopher W was very helpful and knowledgeable. I liked that he serviced my unit (routine) and then was the same person to come back for a minor repair. He was very professional and respectful.
