Richard Grakellis did an excellent job with my heating and air conditioning unit and fixed it promptly. His professionalism and knowledge is excellent in his work and would recommend him to anyone. I had other technicians who just looked at the project and walked off telling me a story they could not fix it. But Richard got right to work and knew just what the problem was. If there were more than five stars I would give him ten since he saved me a lot of money not having to purchase a new unit with his knowledge. Keep up the good work Richard.

Richard has now saved our home a second time from what would have been costly a/c and plumbing emergencies. He is PROFESSIONAL,THOROUGH, and he cares about the work he is doing.
