Just a quick note to say your guys did a most AWESOME JOB, were extremely prompt, courteous, and had excellent attention to the details installing our new Comfortmaker heatpump. They are the exception, not the rule for sure, and are to be highly commended for a great job! Very personalized attention, I seldom find service techs with that much passion for doing it right! When I wanted to use my existing Wi-Fi thermostat, they at first thought it wouldn't work, but they got on the web and phone and accommodated the request and made it happen for me! This was most awesome! ???? The install turned out to be a major cosmetic and functionality improvement as well as they were able to move my condensation pump to the side and securing the lines from the outside unit much better and cleaner looking than before, giving me more room for my vehicles! They did this without me even asking them for these improvements and beat me to the request. ???????? Whatever you're doing to keep these guys, hold

“Pro Technician” installed New Capacitor, left it in box hanging free by the wires and took my mounting bracket with him when he left. Capacitor wires worked themselves loose and AC keeps malfunctioning. Contacted General Manager and we’ll see how they handle the situation.
