A & E provides excellent service. The installed my heating and HVAC system, including new duct work. The crew was professional, they kept me informed with progress, and discussed any challenges they were having with the installation. The quality of the install was great, and so was their clean up. A&E did a great job for us. Our AC stopped working and we called a different company, who said it needed a costly repair and we should just get a new system (which is EXPENSIVE). I called A&E because they had correctly diagnosed and fixed a problem with our ducts years ago (when other companies weren’t able to). Evan came out promptly to give us a quote on a new system. But first he asked to take a look at the broken one. Turns out it was an easy fix and he got our AC working in 10 minutes. We paid a few hundred bucks instead of thousands because A&E was honest and knowledgeable. I waited a few weeks to post this review- AC still working great. Highly recommend.
