We first used A&E to install automated dampers and rework inefficient ductwork installed by a previous vendor. Their work was excellent. Later they resolved a difficult problem with an improperly installed blower motor housing from the same previous vendor. A&E now does regular twice a year maintenance on our system. Very pleased with their service and capabilities. We will be using them to replace our heat pump within the next few years. I had a minor emergency, called A&E and they sent out a tech the same day. My AC unit fan motor was burned out and fortunately still under warranty so I only had to pay labor. At the same time the tech did the summer maintenance. Technician was very punctual, polite, professional. I received a full report of his findings outside, and under my house. He answered questions and provided additional information. I would highly recommend them.

The people were pleasant to deal with but I was without heat from November 2022 till April 2023, with numerous attempts to address the issue up to and including replacing the entire furnace. After the furnace was replaced in it's entirity and I had paid for parts prior to that and service calls, a loose connection was found. I don't know if that was the original issue but dozens of hours, many service calls and thousands of dollars, I now have heat but little confidence. After all that the inspector had to come out three times and requested re-work to address the requirements of the county. Again, the people are so nice I hate to say this but my experience did not instill trust.
