Best Air has excellent customer service! From the installation of my new HVAC a couple of years ago to service calls Daniel is the best I’ve ever dealt with. I live in Atlanta but have a home in Fayetteville my mom lives in, every time I’ve called with a problem or to schedule service Daniel always handles things in a timely manner and is professional, it’s a breath of fresh air to have good customer service these days. Daniel was very professional, and very knowledgeable, experience, and honest, he has a great personality. Daniel has come out to my home a couple of times, he quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, he's a great communicator explaining, and answering questions. Definitely prompt with time, or hes going to there earlier. And he will work you in if possible. Daniel will definitely fine the problem whatever it may be. The best customer service ever, it's rare to fine a business with down to earth and professional services these days. I wish others could follower his lead. If I could give him 20 stars he deserves them. Best business in the surrounding area. I definitely highly recommend this company.

This company is absolutely astonishing! I called Daniel and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. He was in the area on Wednesday and called to see if he could stop by my house. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was my AC and Heat running at the same time. Daniel completely restored all faulty parts and fixed my system quickly .
