I was super stressed out as I had searched and contacted over 9 plumbers/handymen services, when Billy was the first and only (until 4 days later) to reach out to me. he was able to get to my home as quickly as possible and 2 days later was able to repair the tub/faucet drip issue! This unfortunately for me was not an easy or cheap fix .He was super reassuring about some of the concerns I had as this was my home that I was renting out. I came home from work this evening around 4:45 P.M. and noticed my yard was flooded with the source coming from the irrigation system on the side of my home. I went to investigate further and to my surprise the PVC connection had broke causing water to continuously erupt out of the pipe. I called another company around town and they said no one was available after hours and the best they could do was an appointment tomorrow morning at 9:00 A.M. That wasn't going to work considering I would have to shut off the water to my home. Plus they were $$$ for after hours and the service. Janson's Plumbing was my next call. Billy picked up immediately and was asking questions and for photos to better diagnose the problem. He said I'll be there in a few and sure enough roughly 15 minutes later he arrived. He was able to repair the PVC pipe and at a significantly lower price than the other company. I would recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services in and around their home.

I called Mike and he was able to put me on the schedule for the same day. Brandon and Michael showed up on time and were super professional. For a reasonble price, they fixed my issue in no time and cleaned up after themselves. I will be using this company again if I need plumbing services in the future. I'd recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing service.
