Well I have nothing but FABULOUS things to say about my service. It started with Ed who was very attentive to get someone out to our house. We had a few issues going on and we had the pleasure of getting three service men out....Domingo, Larry, and Corey. All were very helpful, honest, and professional. We use Jimmy Hall heating and air for our rental properties also. This our first time directly with our personal home. KUDOS TO YOU ALL!!!!! THANK YOU!!
I have been using Jimmy Hall for my a/c service for years and have always been pleased with their service. First they replaced my exterior HVAC unit and thermostat for an unbelievably low price. I continuously call them for maintenance and they are always here within a reasonable time. I called 6:30 this morning and they were here within 2 hours and continuously kept me updated. I highly recommend them.
My Dad has used this company for sometime, so I decided to keep using them when I moved into his house. However, I have been waiting 2-1/2 months for some duct work to be done. I’ve called three times and was told they were backed up and I was on the schedule. Not sure what to make of it.
