Almost two weeks ago our THX (or something like that) went out in our two year old unit (not installed by Trademasters) Joey was able to make it out to our home the day we called him to diagnose the issue. Throughout the entire process he and his guys have been punctual, friendly, and very informative. I also found out they offer an annual service and signed up for that. They made customers for life with us. To be clear, the company that actually installed the unit (likely not properly) said it would be at least a week before they would even come to look at it.
