Your Handyman

We hired Bryan to help us reconnect our kitchen sink/garbage disposal plumbing after we got new countertops. He was easy to get in touch with, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed his company as much as his handy work! He helped us troubleshoot the plumbing that wasn’t quite reconnecting after the counter install. Bryan showed up to give me a quote to redo my laundry room walls, doors, and doorframes, after waiting several weeks he said he couldn’t find the supplies (he only checked Lowes and Home Improvement). I told him while he and I searched further, I had a smaller project. I wanted a certain railing installed on my raised cement patio. I went one step further and sent him a link to one of the companies. I told him it didn’t have to be this company, but needed the same look. After not hearing from him for two weeks, I contacted him. He said he was waiting to hear from the company if he would be able to install it on concrete, because the picture showed a wooden deck. I waited another two weeks, and got the same response. Haven’t heard from him since. So apparently unless it’s a day job, he doesn’t posses the skills or knowledge. He needs to go back to Michigan, where the majority of the reviews come from. Worthless. This isn’t the first time I’ve given him a chance with a different project.

Bryan and his crew were responsive from the start on quoting and starting the work on time. During the time he worked, messes were cleaned daily to prevent accidents from occurring before he returned. It always looked nice in between those days as well. The work done was very good quality and the patio cover that was installed was extremely durable and solid in the event of bad weather. Everything about it was quite professional looking too. I’m so glad I got him to do the work. Not being from here made my choice a difficult one not knowing anyone. I’m so glad I chose Your Handyman for the job.
