First to correct the gutter guards that were causing water to spill out over the guard and not entering the gutter to properly go out the downspout. Second to extend the downspout to the ground. The house was built with the downspout from the second floor pouring out on to the roof of the porch on the first floor. Poor design that I've been wanting to correct. Chauncey was very courteous when I spoke with him and said he would come by to give me an estimate. To save him time I texted a picture of what I wanted corrected. He was able to come out later the same day and perform the corrective steps that I requested. He arrived on time and was able to knock the job out in an hour. He told me to report back to him after the next heavy rain to make sure that the corrections worked. Payment was easy as he accepts Zelle payments. I
