I used water mitigation services and toilet replacements on June 11, 2022. I recently purchased the home on May 10, 2022. As of today, no one followed up with regards to the floor in master bath and missing crown molding. I have been in contact with the following Antonio Elam, General Manager Brent Waters, and Gordon Lead Technician via text and calls. Gordon was sent to my residence and assured me he would provide the photos to someone in Human Resources. I also paid for a toilet install ( $400 dollars with rotor rooter) and they decided to tear the tile floor upstairs out and never refunded me. I have made several calls to customer service as well, speaking with Linda and Cynthia. Cynthia giggled when I expressed my frustration with the entire situation. I was call forwarded to General Manager's VM each time and no return calls as of today August 2, 2022. I have provided photos for reference. Do not become a rotor rooter casualty!
