Very knowledgeable and efficient. Called him about a leaking pipe in our ceiling of our office yesterday evening. He came out the following morning, climbed up the ladder and fixed it all within about 15/20 minutes. We turned the water back on to the building to insure the fix and he made sure everything was good to go before he left. Definitely recommend. Service: Plumbing leak detection
We called Jerry on Friday morning about moving a shower drain (on a slab). He came out Friday afternoon to assess and by 3pm on Saturday the job was done, along with some additional requests we made. VERY happy with the responsiveness, the price, and the work done. Thumbs up!
We had a leaky toilet, the men that answered the call were nice, when they came to the house it took them a few minutes to change out the toilet flap, and they stuck around for about 5-10 minutes and said the issue was fixed. About 20 minutes after they left were heard the toilet running again, we called and they said they would be back out the next day, it was now after working hours which was fine with us. They came out the next afternoon, replaced another simple part on the toilet, and said that HAD to be it, he didn't stick around to find out if that was really the issue, and of course.... the toilet still was leaking. After $75 they didn't help us out at all! My husband ended up fixing it himself later that night. Don't use this company if you was your issue resolved quickly.
