I highly recommend Humphrey Heating and Air Conditioning. They are courteous, professional, and prompt to respond to our needs. Additionally, their prices are better than most in the area. Even though they are located in Jacksonville, they gladly travel to Emerald Isle and other nearby locations. After having used another vendor for many years, I really appreciate the honesty and integrity that I have witnessed from all of the Humphrey employees. They offer maintenance plans, which provides a discount off certain items, and they offer a Veteran's discount which we value. This is one of the very best companies that we have used in a long time. See the review from Michelle...the General Manager states he did call and leave a message; in fairness to him, that is true. On the other hand, I (Michells husband) called him back and got the receptionest who stated they would pass a message to him. This simply solidifies my lack of confidence in this company. I can't say enough good stuff about these folks, they help me work through my needs both on the phone and once they get here and see it. They left the place cleaner than they found it, even after crawling arround in the sand to replace the dryer vent.
