Excellent experience start to finish with Richie for roof replacement post hurricane Florence. Richie was the only contractor (out of several that viewed my roof for estimates) that had accurate knowledge and expertise regarding the necessary repairs needed. Insurance would not cover costs for certain repairs because they weren't needed and Richie was the only contractor that understood why they weren't needed. Richie was quick to respond, quick to prepare an estimate, and was always available via call or text. The work agreement is very simple and upfront with no hidden agendas and it was the only paperwork my insurance representative felt comfortable with me signing (and I had him view several). My roof was replaced in the timeline given, the cost was more than fair (as confirmed by insurance), the crew worked efficiently and the overall process went smoothly. Richie has been wonderful helping to get things moving in the right direction in the aftermath of Hurricane Florence and all of her destruction. His crew was professional and knowledgeable. He came out and got my roof tarped and protected from the elements super fast and I already have paperwork from him to provide to my insurance company regarding the damage. I will be using the company for my entire rebuild from the roof to the five collapsed ceilings to the exterior damage.

Got a new metal roof one week before Hurricane Florence on our home in Sneads Ferry. Thus far it appears to have held up. The crew that Richie sent was the BEST crew I have ever dealt with on home improvements / repairs - I highly recommend. Attached pic is two days after hurricane florence. Wonder if they do Pier / Dock repair...
