Scheduled a pump out of our septic tank due to alarm going off. Good service but, they DO NOT "schedule" service, as in appointment. Understandable considering they never know what kinds of problem they run across, therefore can't give anyone specific time.
This was the first time we used rays. We just needed our system pumped out,Very professional and informative. We learned a lot about septic systems! We never had one before so we were at a loss of where it was even located. Our tech was awesome and found it with no problem. He made the whole process easy the clean up was spotless you can’t tell where he even had to dig. I highly recommend Rays septic for all your water problems and will definitely use them again.
Great service! Very thankful they were able to come out and help us as quickly as they did. The gentleman who serviced our septic was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend and will use this company again x
