I thought I was going to have to buy a new sink but thought to stop in and see if they could give me another option...they did! Simple fix. All I needed was a tiny washer and some education ☺ will certainly return if I ever need plumbing assistance in the future!

Save your time and your money I beg of you!! These truly unprofessional guys have been out to my business up to three times and nothing has gotten handled!!! Just a lot of back & forth with devious smiles and no can do demeanors! This god awful smell is still roaming around my business and I'm spending way too much money on air fresheners for them to say they "fixed the problem". $81 in a service charge but no deed was done. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Septic tank inlet pipe was clogged, water backing up in tub and sinks, air bubbling up through toilet. Came out quickly and Calin went above and beyond to access the problem and fixed my nightmare. Price was cheaper than expected due to Calin's outside of the box thinking. He definitely saved me money and I appreciate that so much! I definitely recommend Kannapolis Service to anyone.
