I want to say that these guys are absolute professionals. We really did our homework by first researching heat pumps and reading reviews on equipment. Then we invited several companies to come to the home and provide their recommendations for service and/or replacement of the old system. Unlike the larger companies, instead of a technician, one of the owners (John) personally came for the initial visit and thoroughly inspected our system, got up in the attic with me, and explained step by step what he proposed doing and why. His recommendations were logical, practical, and very detailed and he spent time explainining his recommendations. We solicited quotes from 6 different companies and ACC provided a very fair and reasonable quote, and we understood the quote because John had explained things so well. Then they really delivered on their promises. They completed the work with care and precision, taking their time to do the job right and very professionally. Both owners (John and Ken)
