I recommend everything about them! First, they actually answer their phone. When they scheduled our diagnostic test, they showed up on time and explained exactly what the problem was. Once the diagnostic was done, they scheduled a time for someone to come out and discuss options for replacing our entire 15 year old unit, along with different financing options. Once we made our decision, they were here within a few days (scheduled), and explained that it would be an all day kind of thing. It really helped us to prepare for the day, knowing we'd be home all day. They did the inside installation as well as the outside, and they were super professional. I was a little nervous that they would reschedule because it was freezing outside AND pouring down rain. They came on time with their ponchos and tents, ready to work. Desaun was very polite and courteous. He was professional and answer questions as to how I can best maintain my system in between the service times. He has a very pleasant attitude with customers. Very unprofessional for one and for two changed the service price from $95 to $250 just to come out and check my air conditioner out. We was 100% going to use this company because one of my good friends told me about them and they did me like this. No thank you I'll pass.
