Giving this 3 star review. The company was fairly communicative throughout the whole repair process - so that's good. They came out in a timely fashion to do the estimate for the repair - then showed up on time to do the actual work. The work itself seems to also be well done - and they cleaned up after themselves which is always good. Normally I'd say this all goes for 5 stars. However, after this is when it falls apart and why I docked them 2 stars. The day after the work was done I got an automated text message begging for a review. I also received an email asking for a review. The next day I received another email asking for a review. This continued on and before a week was out I had about 7 communications from them begging and pleading for me to leave them a review. I finally replied to one of the emails asking them to stop as it was getting absurd - and they did then stop. Another week went by - I'm sitting here waiting for them to send me a bill for the work. They're all wound u
