Twelve years ago Brady Flanary installed our HVAC system. The people who installed our systems were courteous, reliable and cleaned up before leaving for the day. I don’t how you got my daughter name it is Wanda and William Cutler who has the heating and air conditioner. It was serviced in October for the yearly and changing the filter. They were fine very efficient and friendly.

We bought our home in 1978, electric baseboard heat, no air conditioning. In 1986 we had duck work installed with vents in the ceiling in the basement and ducks in the floor for the main level of our house. At the time Duke Energy had a program for high energy heat pumps. We picked the highest efficiency unit which happened to be a Trane. Replaced the fan in the air handler about 10 years ago and maybe 2 other service calls over the years which turned out to be minor issues. In May of this year the unit started making a noise. Called Brady Flanary and a technician was at our house the next day. He put a new motor in the air handler but when he started the unit up he found other problems making the repair more expensive with no guarantee that there would’ve be more issus. So I say let’s stop the repair process and let me talk with a salesperson. Salesperson person was knowledgeable, reviewed my options including repairing the old system. I felt no pressure to buy.
