Our furnace stopped working and we could not get it to reignite. I called Austin's and they had a technician at my house in 10 minutes. That kind of service is priceless and really unexpected in a remote area like Wolf Laurel. They were able to diagnose and repair the furnace on their initial visit and provide diagnostics for potential future problems with the system. When I replace my 15 year old system I'm calling Austin's.

Tried to set up an app't with them to service our Aprilaire unit, but they were less than helpful & definitely not interested in our business.
