Doug quickly assessed the issue and was able to get me back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Well. After wasting $500 on a failed solution by One Hour Heating and Cooling, I contacted Dennis Patterson HVAC. Guess what, my AC now works as it should. I'm ranting over the quality and professionalism of service provided. The story. Less than a month ago, my upstairs ac unit stopped working. I contacted the installer, One Hour Heating and Cooling. Within hours, an arrogant tech showed up on site, did a simple patch on the thermostat, dropped in a charge of leak sealer, then charged me $500 for a system that was still under American Standard's basic warranty. Jump forward to Patterson HVAC. Within weeks the previous fix, so-called, failed. I decided to try a local HVAC service, and remembered seeing Patterson HVAC trucks in the area. I placed a service call. Wow. The Doug, the tech, arrived on time, spoke with grace and humility, and quickly diagnosed my problem.
