I called Anderson Plumbing and Sewer in reference to removing and replacing a kitchen faucet. The person that answered by call was very courteous and professional. I advise him of what I needed. He stated I would be schedule for the afternoon and a technician would call me when he is on his way. The technician arrived around 1:40 pm and cover his shoes prior to entering my resident. The technician stated his name was Drew and he was at my resident to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. Drew was very professional and knowledgeable. He was up front about the service fee for the call. Drew took a look at the task at hand and explained it to me very thoroughly. After Drew explain the task I was provided with a quote. I accepted the quote and Drew said he should take about an hour to complete the task and went to work. Upon completing the task he did a functional check of the faucet and everything work fine. Kevin's professionalism, knowledge and the way he juggled trying to accommodate me in addition to my home warranty claim was beyond reproach. His diagnosis and quick responses to the on-the-spot questions the warranty representative asked was impeccable and more than what his required job obligations are. Ben and APS provided extra care and concern to ensure the satisfaction of service I received was top notch.

I highly recommend using this company. The person who installed my hot water heater was very knowledgeable when he explained the problem and the reasons it needed to be fixed. Kevin is his name he was very professional. He listened to any questions or concerns that I had. I would also like to add that Ben, the person at the office that I talked with on the phone, was very understanding and patient with working with my schedule. I must say I am very impressed with both Kevin and Ben and their ability to resolve my plumbing issues quickly and efficiently.
