Last summer, my AC handler was dripping water and some of the duct work in the ceiling was leaking and causing water stains. I had called the original installer and they sent a technician two different times to clean the coils which did not fix the problem. I called another company, and they sent a technician and he put some insulated tape near the coils which did not fix the problem. Finally, someone I know said that they had met Greg and were impressed with him. I called his office and told them that I wanted an owner operator to come to my condo to troubleshoot the problem and not a technician. Greg came and spent a couple of hours trying to figure out what was wrong. He then ordered a new coil which was still under warranty and installed it the following week. It fixed my problem. He said the original coil was loose and that must have been what was causing the problem. I will definitely call Greg the next time that I need some work done on that heat pump.
