This is the first time as a homeowner that I have had to replace my roof. After getting my insurance adjuster to look over the damage, I was advised to start consulting with contractors. I did my diligence and reviewed Angi, BBB, and other online sources before identifying 5 possible contractors. Fortunately, my first call was to Fidelity Roofing. Jonathan was quick to respond and come out and inspect what needed to be done, and even get on top of the house to look it over himself, tarp an area that was causing a leak in the house to mitigate further damage, and really walked me through the process related to insurance filing and payment, how long the job would take, what he estimated the cost would be to replace the roof, gave samples of shingles, and answered all my questions. He was on time, thorough, and professional. After meeting with the other contractors and evaluating all my options carefully, I chose Fidelity Roofing. We had been experiencing a Chimney leak since we bought our home in 2020. We attempted to remedy this by capping our Chimney but when the leak got worse we were referred to Jonathan at Fidelity Roofing. Jonathan came out and thought he found the issue. He felt like it was minor and wouldn't let me pay him for it but when the leaking continued he came back out he realized that the flashing around our Chimney needed to be redone. Once his guys completed the work out our leak stopped immediately. We were absolutely impressed with Fidelity Roofings service and their work and even the cost. Highly recommend Fidelity Roofing.
