This company wasn't very professional at all. They were assigned through my home warranty company. The technician came and I told him that it was running but no air was coming through the vents and he never opened the panel that contains the wiring. He immediately opened the two panel that contains the coils and told me that the coils being dirty was the problem. So he washed them off with the water hose and told me to check to see if that worked. I informed him that there still was no air coming through the vents. He started telling me that I was breathing dirty air by my coils being dirty and that I should start feeling better in a couple of days and having plenty of energy. How can I start feeling better if my vents aren't blowing air? He said give it a hour or two and it should start blowing cool air. I called him two hours later and told him the same thing I told him before he left IT'S NOT WORKING. He said he would call the office and reschedule a visit. I haven't seen or heard f

If your home warranty assigns them, you're better off paying out of pocket. Do not use them! We were assigned them twice to fix the same problem, which they didn't. Then they stopped responding to any form of communication from myself and my warranty company. It was a complete waste of time and money. They are incompetent liars. I was told by the owner they were going to visit the property to make things right, he never showed and then stopped answering his phone. Service: HVAC system maintenance

This company came out to fox my AC and the frozen pipe that was preventing the air from cooling melted by the time they came so they said everything was fine and left. A week and half later the pipe froze again so clearly something is broken leaking something that keeps making it freeze. They came back out I was clear to let them know they need to see what was causing it because clearly it continues to happen something is causing it. They stated a part needed to be replaced and they had to order it and would be back. The next day the guy came back and told me that they wanted him to check again and re diagnose it. He then said that part didn’t need to be replaced and it was working fine. 6 weeks later today I am sitting here with no AC it is broken again. Don’t use this company. Service: A/C system repair
