Contacted Jason's Home Improvement online through their website to receive an estimate for home repairs. Jason called me back a day later and scheduled a time to stop the following day at 6pm. At 7pm on the day he was to arrive, he had not yet shown up and when I called to see if anything had changed he had clearly forgotten the time he agreed to and said maybe he could make it the next day. Not a high level of confidence in using a business that cannot remember to write down their own recommended show time. Can post all the award pictures you want on your website, can't imagine those are won for failing to do the basics.

I called Jason for some help mounting a squat rack in my concrete wall. He came by the same day, was quick and professional. I will definitely call him again when I need some help with another project. Highly recommend to everyone. Thanks Jason! Services: General construction, General repairs

We can’t say enough good things about Jason. He does a great job, communicates, and keeps you updated throughout the process. You don’t have to chase him down to find out what’s going on and he’s very polite! Save yourself time and stress with other companies and use him for your repair needs!
