Have had the pleasure of knowing Mike Brock for many years and was always impressed with his work ethic, honesty and quality work. Mike was my "go to" guy when I used him as a vendor when working claims for the power company. I knew when I sent Mike out that I would get a full report on any problems and the cost of the remedy. Customers loved him. Today he came out and did some work for us (troubleshot a GFI neutral issue & made repairs; ran wires and installed an outdoor motion light). I mentioned the garbage disposal had quit the day before and he took a quick look, pulled out an Allen wrench, made a few twists and it worked again! He looked at the whirlpool GFI since the jets had stopped working and was able to tell me it wasn't the motor or the GFI but the switch (air puff) that starts and stops it is defective. Today he saved us from having to call in a plumber and the expense of a new garbage disposal along with helping us to know what was wrong with the whirlpool. Oh - a
